Here’s a quick guide on how to choose Lalamove when shipping out orders and why Automated Delivery is going to be your new favorite thing!

How do I ship with Lalamove?
Start by going to the ChatGenie Dashboard and go to the Shipping Manager.
Click ADD Lalamove as an option. Toggle on to activate Lalamove shipping. If you’ve already integrated GrabExpress to your Mini App, this will be the same way you do that.
Add in your contact details such as name, number, region (right now, you can ship from Manila, Pampanga, and Cebu), and address details. You need to be very specific about your address to ensure a seamless pickup and delivery. You will also be asked to include your map pin (your pick-up longitude and latitude are based on your map pin). You can add any extra details in the Remarks portion.
Important reminder: you will be required to top up a minimum amount of P1000 to your Automated Delivery Credit wallet. These credits work for both Lalamove and GrabExpress. We do this to make sure every transaction is hassle-free and you don’t have to worry about manual payments.
Go back to the ChatGenie Dashboard and go to Categories and Products then visit Product Settings to add your product details such as height, length, width, and weight to find out shipping rates upon checkout. Remember to make sure this box is checked so that Lalamove appears in your Mini App’s Shipping Options!
Once you’ve done that, you’re all set! You’re now ready to offer Lalamove as a shipping option.
How does it work?
Again, start in your ChatGenie Dashboard then go to the Order Tracker. When an order comes in with Lalamove chosen as its shipping option, simply accept it and let us do the rest. A trigger to get a rider will then be set the moment you accept the order. Once a rider has been found, both you and your customer will be notified. You’ll find a notification sent to your ChatGenie Dashboard and email. Customers, on the other hand, will be notified within the same sales channel they ordered on and via email as well. If a rider is unresponsive, you can also rebook and find another rider with the Rebook button. Lalamove, however, has a grace period of 30 minutes so you can rebook anytime within that period. Make sure to stay alert and ready to give your package to the rider once they’ve arrived. Once you’ve done that, you won’t need to worry about a thing! Customers are also given real-time tracking links so they can see exactly where their orders are and when to expect them.
