In-Store Implementation Guide for Insurance Bundle

This guide is intended to help store managers and employees successfully implement the insurance bundle in their store. The Insurance Bundle allows merchants to offer life insurance policies directly to their customers. By investing in In-Store Commerce, stores can provide added value to their customers and increase revenue for the store with access to easy purchasing via In-Store Commerce.

Train Agents

It is important to train agents about In-Store Commerce for the Insurance Bundle and teach them how to offer it to customers. Employees should be able to explain the benefits of the bundle and answer any questions that customers may have about purchasing it via In-Store Commerce. Provide training materials and conduct role-playing exercises to ensure that employees are comfortable promoting the bundle.

Create Referral Links for each QR code

Create a unique referral link for each QR code for performance tracking, analysis, and optimization. This will allow you to see which displays are generating the most interest and adjust your marketing strategy accordingly. You can do this on your ChatGenie Dashboard.

Display Promotional Materials

Actively promote the Insurance Bundle via In-Store Commerce and educate customers that they can purchase a plan easily. Use signage, posters, and flyers to inform customers about the Bundle and its benefits. Place the displays in high-traffic areas of the store to maximize visibility. Promotion can also include:

Offer Incentives

Follow Up with Customers

After a customer purchases the Insurance Bundle, follow up with them to ensure that they are satisfied with their purchase. You can also routinely check up on customers to see if they would like to make another purchase or have any feedback. This can be done with the Broadcast Manager on the ChatGenie Dashboard.
