✅ Pop-Up Reminder for Advanced Orders
- Never lose track of your scheduled orders! Merchants will receive an automatic pop-up reminder when they log into their ChatGenie CMS dashboard on the day of fulfillment.
- The dashboard will display a clear notification:
“You have [X] advanced orders scheduled for today.”
- A quick-access button will take you directly to the Order Tracker, filtered for advanced orders.

✅ Advanced Order Email Notifications
- Stay ahead with email alerts! Merchants will receive a pre-scheduled email reminder a day before an advanced order is due for fulfillment.
- Subject: “You have advanced orders for [tomorrow’s date]!”
- The email will include a breakdown of all scheduled orders for the next day, making preparation seamless.

✅ Operating Hours and Lead Time Configuration
- Define your business hours easily! You can now set Operating Hours in your Mini App Settings and automate order handling:
- If a customer places an order after closing time, it will automatically be set as an advanced order for the next available day.
- Example: If your business operates from 9 AM – 5 PM and a customer orders at 6 PM, ChatGenie will schedule the order for fulfillment the next business day.
- Need preparation time? Enable Lead Time Settings to set fulfillment delays based on your needs:
- Define lead time in hours or days to ensure enough time for processing.
- Example: A food establishment that requires a 2-day lead time will have all orders automatically scheduled for fulfillment two days after they are placed.
