Going the usual route of creating blog posts is also a great way to provide in-depth information on your product’s details, features, and benefits. Images are crucial to your marketing arsenal as well. When used properly, images can encourage social shares and drive brand interaction. Some types of images to consider are product shots in a clear background, lifestyle shots of your products being used, and even memes! Try mixing up your content game by uploading videos on platforms like TikTok where millions of social media users spend their time on. Most people also consider videos as a more engaging form of communication over text.

Hosting a live AMA session is an efficient way of addressing frequently asked questions and other relevant customer concerns in one fell swoop. It also gives your brand a personal touch and shows that you care enough to spend part of your day tapping into your audience’s insatiable curiosity.
