What to Expect From the #PoweredByChatGenie Webinar

ChatGenie is launching a monthly webinar series starting Feb. 28 to demonstrate how online sellers can easily set up their online stores. The event is targeted at merchants of all sizes and is designed to give you the knowledge to scale your business within half an hour!

The webinar may be short but it’s sure to help merchants like you level-up your online selling game. Here’s what to expect when you attend our upcoming event:

1. Set up your online store in 30 minutes

ChatGenie stores are designed to be built within a few minutes. The best thing? You don’t have to be an experienced coder to carry out the setup process. All you need is a Facebook page for linking purposes and the drive to expand your business!

The online store you’ll be building is created using a technology called Mini App, which is basically a lightweight app within other apps. Mini App-powered online stores enable customers to browse through a business' product catalog, add to cart, checkout, and do all other transactions right inside the messaging threads of popular apps such as Facebook Messenger and Instagram. Don’t worry, you won’t need to download anything!

2. Optimize your online sales
