Just toggle on the Maya Payment Option switch on the Payment Manager on your ChatGenie Dashboard.

Is that all I need to do?

Once activated, simply fill out the Merchant Registration Form we’ll be sending you via email. Verify your information and submit it to the ChatGenie team.

How do I receive my Maya Payments?

After filling out your Merchant Registration Form, you’ll be ready to receive your disbursements. Maya Payment disbursements are every Monday while cut-offs per cycle are Fridays at 6 pm.

4. Make sure to copy and save the API Key and Secret Key that will appear and input it to your ChatGeniedashboard
