On Ground with Globe Telecom: How ChatGenie powered contactless purchases at the G Music Festival
ChatGenie prides itself for its smooth customer transactions by avoiding having to switch Apps, or external links to process orders. Lines were moving quicker and the merchants were working more efficiently through having themselves and their menus available online as well. Social commerce through the merchants’ Mini Apps really created a new customer experience and culture by incorporating technology and the internet to daily purchasing habits. ChatGenie and Globe were able to facilitate 234 orders for this first-ever online purchasing experience at an on-ground event.
