Streamlining Product Pricing To Reduce Friction in Online Payment Options
Starting on the week of July 17, we will be streamlining product pricing for different online payment options in order to reduce customer friction caused by displaying online payment processing fees separately. Despite not having commission fees, customers perceive the checkout process as more expensive when they see the pricing breakdown. We want to simplify pricing so customers don't get the impression that shopping via In-App Commerce is more expensive than through marketplaces and the like.
